Real Madrid goalkeeper, Keylor Navas has blamed Cristiano Ronaldo for Real Madrid’s loss to Russian side, CSKA Moscow in last night’s Champions League tie.
Real Madrid were beaten 1-0 by CSKA Moscow and have now gone three games in a row without scoring.
Navas who was part of the squad has admitted that the big vacuum Ronaldo left behind is still affecting the team which now has a new manager, Julen Lopetegui.
“Cristiano left the bar very high at Real Madrid,” Navas said.
“You cannot cover the sun with a finger.
“He made many goals while he was here, but it’s already the past and we cannot live in the past.”
