Japan wins FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup

Japan defeated Spain 3-1 to win the 2018 FIFA U-20 Women’s Cup in France.

Hinata Miyazawa, Saori Takarada and Fuka Nagano all scored to help Japan to their first U-20 World Cup Triumph.

Japan are the first country to win all three Women World Cup tournaments. Senior: 2011

U20: 2018.

England defeated France 4-2 after playing out a 1-1 draw in regulation time to win the Bronze medal.
