JAMB: 2019 UTME registration forms now out | candidates with bio metric problems addressed

Sale of registration forms, for the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has started today and will last for six weeks, to end February 21.

JAMB’s Registrar, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, has said the board will stop using cyber cafes for registration of candidates from this year.

The 2019 UTME is scheduled to commence on March 16.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has further stated that any candidate with biometric challenge will now have to come to its Headquarters in Abuja to resolve the issue, as well as write the examination.

JAMB stated that it took the decision after it discovered that many candidates use issues of biometrics to concoct a reason to cheat.
