‘First they accused Dino Melaye of murder, then Saraki of masterminding an armed robbery and now they want to set Obasanjo up’ – Reno Omokri

The reports of President Buhari’s intention to set up former President, Olusegun Obasanjo has been received by the general public with mixed feelings

While most people are worried and wonder what the grounds for the allegation might be, others are excited that Obasanjo would pay for contributing to Buhari’s installation as president and Good luck Jonathan’s loss during the elections

Reacting to the news, Reno Omokri tweeted, ‘first they accused @dino_melaye of murder then @BukolaSaraki of masterminding an armed robbery, @ProfOsinbajo’s chopper almost crash landed and now they want to set Obasanjo up. I wonder which lie they‘ll bring up against Obj? Maybe that he is the sponsor of Evans the Kidnapper!’.

Meanwhile, the Peoples Democratic Party have raised their fears over the news as well as the confusing relationshipn between the two notable men.

While all fingers are being crossed, it may be recalled that President Olusegun Obasanjo had stated during his campaign for Buhari that it is better for him to be jailed by the now president, than for Jonathan who was seen as corrupt at the time, to be re-installed
