Arsenal defeated Bournemouth 2-1 on Sunday to move within one point of the premier league top four and pile pressure on Chelsea.
Arsenal took the lead in the 30th minute courtesy of a spectacular own goal from Lemar, Joshua King who returned from injury to start his first match in four weeks restored parity for the Cherries with a curling effort to cap off a brilliant counter attacking move by Bournemouth.
David Brooks goal was controversially disallowed for offside which angered the Bournemouth players and coaching crew.
Mesut Ozil and Aaron Ramsey were among the substitutes for Arsenal.
Aubameyang scored the winning goal in the 67th minute, his eighth league goal of the season to extend Arsenal’s unbeaten run to 17.
The Gabonese striker has now been involved in 23 goals in 26 appearances since joining Arsenal in January.

Arsenal boss Unai Emery: “We are happy and before the match we knew it would be a difficult match and that we needed to win today to be near the top four. Bournemouth were four points behind us and could have been near our position with a win.
“In 90 minutes we deserved to win. We worked with the system sometimes, it’s another possibility and we spoke in the dressing room about how we can be better and control matches. But we have won with another system and we can also do that.
