Dana Airlines’ management has apologised to its passengers for the cancellation of some flights due to a reduction in the number of daily flight schedules.
This is stated in a statement signed on Wednesday in Lagos by the airline’s Head of Corporate Communication, Mr Kinsley Ezenwa.
Ezenwa stated that the airline would ensure that the affected passengers were re-protected to other airlines, and that others’ flights would be rescheduled at no cost.
He added that the airline was reachable through all its social media platforms and its customers service was available to all customers for inquiries.
The airline, however, regretted the inconveniences it might have caused its customers and reiterated its commitment in promoting the welfare and safety of the customers. (NAN)
