BREAKING: Ex Kano Governor, Ganduje appointed as APC Chairman

The All Progressives Party Congress has appointed former ex-Kano state Governor Abdullahi Ganduje as its National Chairman.

Ganduje was appointed the APC Chairman at the party’s 12th National Executive Meeting Thursday in Abuja.

Also, the party’s NEC elected Senate spokesman Ajibola Basiru as the National Secretary.

Shortly after his appointment, Ganduje promised to hit the ground running.

He thanked President Tinubu and promised that internal democracy would prevail in the party during his tenure.

Kemi Filani News recalls that the 73 years old Ganduje failed to win the March 2023 governorship election for his party after losing to the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP) Abbas Kabiru Yusuf.
