Benue State Polytechnic release statement on staff who molested Ochanya

The Benue State Polytechnic, has released a statement on staff, Mr Andrew Ugbokolo, who is accused of molesting late Elizabeth Ochanya from age 8-13years. He is said to have done it along side his son, Victor Inalegwu Ugbokolo,  a final year student of Animal Production at the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi.

Ochanya had been staying with her older cousin after her mother passed and her father realized he was unable to cater to her. She was unfortunately molested several times by her cousin’s husband and his son.

In the statement released by Benue State Polytechnic dated Wednesday, October 24th, the school said the families involved had treated the incident as a ”family issue”.
