Former Vice-President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, today showed up at the presidential election petition tribunal in Abuja.
Atiku, who was the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 presidential election, is challenging the victory of President-elect Bola Tinubu.
The pre-hearing session of his petition against the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate was fixed for Thursday.
Atiku was accompanied by Liyel Imoke, former Cross River governor; Boni Haruna, former Adamawa governor; Babangida Aliyu, former Niger governor; and Uche Secondus, former national chairman of the PDP.
Iliya Umar Damagum, PDP acting national chairman, and Dino Melaye, PDP governorship candidate in Kogi, are also part of his entourage.
