Following the still on going Anambra election, there is jubilation already going on in Soludo‘s house as APGA leads with over 99,000 votes

This is as election results for two local governments – Ihiala and Orumba North – are yet to be announced.

INEC officials at the collation centre in Awka declared that no election was held in Ihiala LGA.
The returning officer of Orumba North LGA, Michael Otu, said he was forced to sign the results.

Otu made this known in Awka, the capital of Anambra, on Sunday, November 7, at the INEC state collation centre.

According to him, the results were signed by him at gunpoint.

While Soludo leads in 17 LGAs, the Peoples Democratic Party and Young Progressives Party have won in one LGA each.

Andy Uba of the All Progressives Congress, one of the frontrunners, is yet to win any local government.
