Abducted ex-corp member refuses to be freed from Boko Haram

Abducted former corp member, Abraham Amuta upon being released from the captive of the Boko Haram sect, has blatantly refused freedom.

The ex-corps member from Benue State, who was abducted alongside a Pastor of the Living Faith Church, Moses Oyeleke, a schoolgirl, Ndagiliya Ibrahim Umar in an attack coordinated by the insurgents against motorists along Gwoza road from Maiduguri on April 10, 2019 told those who came to secure his release in Sambisa forest to go home

The report has sparked an outrage as many are of the opinion that he has been brainwashed

According to him, he has already renounced his Christian faith and would rather remain there despite being offered freedom by the insurgents .

It may be recalled that the abducted persons were on their way to Chibok to deliver humanitarian assistance before the attack.  Negotiation for the release of Amuta collapsed at the last hour after he conveyed his decision to remain with his captors yesterday, February 2
