Over the weekend, one housewife in Akumazi
community, Ika North East local government area of Delta State, Chiekube Igbinosa allegedly bit off her daughter’s ear and stabbed her with broken
bottle.
Sources said the fight happened around camp 74 behind Ibori Golf course
within the Asaba campus of the Delta State University.
The
46-year-old woman was said to have been the first love of an Ibo building
materials’ trader who was deported to Nigeria three
years ago from Spain, but the man in question hoodwinked the woman’s daughter into
relationship.
While their love (Man and woman’s daughter, Mabel Igbinosa)
relationship blossomed, the unsuspecting mother and secondary school vice
principal, continually showered the lover boy with gifts, including part
of her monthly salaries.
The bubble however busted when her mum found out about the affair last weekend.
She was said to have pounced on her and allegedly bit off her ear before stabbing her with broken bottles.
Policemen wwere called to settle the case and they ended up whisking away the
woman, daughter and the lover boy to a police station.
The police public Relations officer the state, DSP Celestina Kalu
confirmed the arrest of the woman adding that the daughter had been taken to the
hospital for treatment.
