A Nigerian man identified as Joy Nnama Enzema, has been apprehended in India over banned substances believed to be hard drugs
The 31 year old was apprehended by Indian authorities following a tip-off by a source that a Nigerian drug peddler would be delivering drugs to a customer at Porbavaddo.
Upon investigation, the police uncovered Indian hemp worth Rs. 30,000/- and Charas worth Rs. 1,20,000 which is estimated to about N833,333.
He is currently facing imprisonment, but this was after a hot chase by the security operatives as he tried to escape the long hands of the law.
He is to be jail bound in accordance to the law, under sections 20(b)(ii)(A) of NDPS Act.
