Osun Guber Poll: Voters rejecting money left, right – Davido

Award-winning singer, David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, said voters are rejecting vote-buying in the ongoing Osun State gubernatorial election.

Davido stated this on Saturday via his official verified Twitter handle.

The 29-year-old hip-hop star is a nephew to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, governorship candidate, Senator Ademola Adeleke.

He wrote: “People rejecting money being offered to them left and right of the state today…GREAT TO SEE. There is still hope for Nigeria.”

KEMI FILANI NEWS had earlier reported that Senator Adeleke jumped the queue at his polling units to cast his ballot on Saturday and has explained the reason behind his action.
