The presidential flagbearer of Labour Party, Peter Obi, has said he will dialogue with the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, and other agitators.
According to him, agitation is birthed by leadership failure which he will address if elected President.
This is despite the federal government proscribing IPOB as a terrorist organization.
The former governor of Anambra, however, used the opportunity to dissociate himself from being in support of agitations.
Peter Obi said this when he apprared on Arise TV Morning Show on Wednesday.
He said, “I have never been in any agitation. I had said that the agitation is because of leadership failure over the years. I will engage them in dialogue if elected into power”
Peter Obi also put to bed rumours of Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso becoming his running mate when he said he prefers a younger person.
