2023 Presidency: Peter Obi will not win despite Obasanjo’s support – Adeyanju
Political analyst and social commentator Deji Adeyanju has said the support from former President Olusegun Obasanjo will not stop Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi from losing the 2023 election.
Adeyanju stated this after photos emerged from the meeting Obasanjo, Obi, Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike and three other governors from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, held in London, United Kingdom.
Adeyanju said he has information Obasanjo is supporting Obi to become the next Nigerian president in 2023, but Obi can only come a distant third in the presidential election.
He alleged that Obasanjo has been calling people across the world to support and solicit funds for Obi’s presidential campaign.
He insisted that the former Anambra State governor would not win the 2023 presidential election despite Obasanjo’s support.
“I have information and those who know me know this. OBJ is supporting Obi 100% and I said this days ago.
He said in a post: “Baba has been the one calling people all over the place for Obi; from PDP governors to international connects and even people that can help fund the campaign but Obi will still come distant 3rd. Do you wanna bet?”
