Muluku Agah, an assemblyman for Nasarawa State, thanked his supporters and assured them that if he were elected again, they would reap the benefits of democracy.
Agah is a member of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, representing the Nassarawa Eggon East constituency.
In a meeting with local stakeholders and SDP members from Ende Ward in Nassarawa Eggon Local Government Area, he provided the assurance.
If elected in the general election on March 11, the lawmaker promised to draw and deliver more development projects.
Agah is also the Chief Whip of the House and the Chairman, House Committee on Planning, Budget and SDGs of the state legislature.
The legislator said that he has touched and still touching the lives of his constituents and promised to do more, if given a fresh mandate.
He however pledged to provide more infrastructure and developmental projects to the people of the constituency as well promote peace in the area.
“I have provided and lobbied for different projects to our constituency, such as health, education, electricity, water supply, employment, youths and women empowerment.
“I have also lobbied for the appointments of our sons and daughters and others into different government positions.
“By God’s grace, more projects will be provided to your ward among other wards of my constituency to improve lives positively,” Agah said.
He called on the stakeholders to continue to mobilise support for himself, Sen. Godiya Akwashiki and Aliyu Safiyanu ( Maizuma), SDP House of Representatives candidate for Akwanga/Nassarawa Eggon/Wamba Federal Constituency to succeed.
Besides, he enjoined the constituents to live in peace and tolerate one another irrespective of their affiliations.
Mr Sule Abimizha, SDP Chairman, among other stakeholders who spoke, assured the lawmaker of their loyalty and support to enable him succeed in the election.
They said Agah was the best legislator the constituency had ever produced, while calling on the electorate to support him to succeed in the March election. (NAN)
