Blaqbonez, one of Nigeria’s young and popular rappers, has released a new sparkling single titled “Commander,” and fans are ecstatic about it. He released this song internationally just a few hours ago, and it has already become a tremendous hit in Nigeria and across the country.
Emeka Akumefule, better known as Blaqbonez, is a Nigerian rapper signed to Chocolate City Record Label’s label 100 Crowns. The rapper is noted for his distinct use of Yoruba and English in his lyrics.
Blaqbonez is “one of the new guards of Nigerian music,” according to The New York Times (an American daily newspaper based in New York City). The rapper is well-known for his self-proclaimed title of “Best Rapper In Africa,” which became the most discussed topic in Nigeria between July and September 2019.
Still unable to let the buzz die, he returned to the public eye with a new breathtaking record titled “Commander,” in which he displays his capability by providing the song with a nice vocal and words that will be accepted by the audience.
Following the overwhelming success of Blaqbonez’s highly talked about music concert Crusade about a week ago and the success of Sex Over Love Deluxe Album released late last year Bella Shmurda, Kwesi Arthur, Prettyboy DO, and others.
Commander is a step in the right direction and a continued rise for the young talented rapper.
