10 best Nigerian music video of 2021 so far
The Nigerian music industry has witnessed the massive release of top-notched songs and music videos this year.
Virtually many of the new stars, including Buju, Ayra Starr, Rema, among others, dropped something new this year. Well known faces like Tiwa Savage, Reekado Banks, Mr P, Simi, Adekunle Gold and until recently Davido gave us something ‘hooge’ as well.
Apart from the blessed lyrical contents and fine-tunes to back it, many Nigerian music videos came with some nice touch and a good storyline, all thanks to the brainwork of the music video directors.
We expect many Nigerian music videos to clinch awards this year both locally and on the international scene.

EME leader and Nollywood actor Bankole Wellington aka Banky W gave us a music that showed us the dancing prowess of his wife and actress Adesua.

This is by far one of the most biggest songs in 2021 and is the most popular song from Tiwa Savage’s Water and Garri EP.

Nigerian female star Simi created one of the biggest social media challenges this year, titled Nobody like woman. The challenge gained a lot of momentum, and as she went on to push her song titled Woman.

6. Follow You by Fiokee ft Chike and Gyakie
This is one of the most popular love songs released in 2021 for love birds. The three singers; named Fiokee, Chike, and Gyakie, did great. The video for the song was exceptional and was directed by Pink.
7. Bloody Samaritan by Ayra Starr
This song by Ayra Starr comes with a danceable beat. The singer herself directed the video, and it proved her talent is beyond music.
8. Cold Outside by Timaya ft Buju
Cold Outside is an excellent song to listen to, with Buju giving it his best. The music video was top-notch as it helped promote the song further.
9. Levels by Flavour
The song indeed proved Flavour is on another level. The song features top celebrities from the southern part of the country like Kanayo. O. Kanayo, Obi Cubana, Yul Edochie, among others.

10. High by Adekunle Gold ft Davido
Adekunle Gold, for the first time featured DMW boss Davido this year, and instantly after the song was released, it was considered a hit. The video saw the two singers give a lot of energy.
