Nigerian soldier commits suicide, leaves note for his wife

A Nigerian Solider from 27 TF Bde, Identified as LCpl Victor Ojeamiran has committed suicide at his duty post in Buni Gari, Gujba Local Government Area of Yobe State in North-East Nigeria.

Kemi Filani News gathered that the deceased soldier shot himself with his weapon on the head which resulted to his death.

The deceased late soldier left behind a suicidal note addressed to his wife.

His remains was evacuated for further action while investigation has commenced on the circumstances that led to the incident, however, no official statement has been released by the Nigerian Army Head Quarters, to ascertain circumstances surrounding his death.
