A Nigerian female staff of Union bank identified as Sally Dagun has allegedly stolen the whopping sum of N8.8m from a customer
The ongoing case of financial fraud involving Mrs. Sally Dagun, a wife of a pastor of a yet to be identified church, who is the relationship manager of Union Bank, Dede, Abuja, has raised many eye brows following recent turn of events
It was alleged that Mrs. Dagun, stole the sum of N8.8Million belonging to one Mr. Mansur RIMI, a customer of Union Bank in Abuja. The drama started when Mr. Mansur upon his discovery that his money was missing from his account with Union bank, he immediately summoned Mrs. Dagun, his account officer, over.
Met with the sudden interrogation in connection with the missing fund when she got there, Mrs. Dagun, decided to confess, saying that she has been stealing his money since September, 2017.
The mother of three added that the total amount she withdrew from Mr. Mansur’s account from last year till date is N8.8Million.
The matter has since been handed over to the CID and Anti Fraud Unit of the Nigerian Police Force, Garki 2, Abuja, for further investigation.
