Another shocking ordeal by a user of transportation network company, Uber has left many shocked as a lady was left injured after a Ghanaian based Uber driver tried sexually molesting her while asleep.
The incident is said to have occurred last weekend in the city of Ghana.
According to the friend of the victim identified simply as Nia who made the incident public, her female friend who opted for the services of the transportation network company on Saturday, slept off in the car, only to wake up to the said driver trying to plant a kiss on her.
Upon panicking after she woke up, screaming for help, the driver sped off, pushing her out of the moving vehicle and leaving her with multiple leg injuries.
This is one out of many negative experiences that users of the platform have narrated. Up until the time of this report, the company is yet to react to this accusation and there has been no attempt to bring the offender to book
