Four Kano State residents have been arrested by the National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA over possession of 895kg cannabis
It was learnt that the four suspects, included three men and one female suspected to be the wife of a trailer driver at large.
Reacting to the reports, the NDLEA, Kano State Commandant, Dr Ibrahim Abdul stated this while briefing newsmen at the command’s headquarters.
He explained that the huge concealment was taken from Ogbese, Ondo state and was to be distributed to Kano and Bauchi states.
“The operatives of the command intercepted a trailer truck loaded with the concealment suspected to cannabis sativa at Kwanar Dan-Gora, Kiru local government area”, Abdul added
