EFCC shares photos of jewelry seized from Diezani Alison-Madueke worth 40m dollars

The Economic Financial Criminal Commission, EFCC, has released photos of some pieces of jewelry and a customized gold iphone all valued at $40m belonging to Diezani Alison-Madueke who is former Minister of Petroleum Resources.

Justice Nicholas Oweibo of the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos, today Friday, July 5th ordered to be forfeited to the federal government.

The order followed an ex parte application filed by the Ibrahim Magu led Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC. 
The antigraft agency believes the luxury items were acquired with proceeds from ”unlawful activities”.
