We’ve generously picked out four places to visit during Ramadan;
1. Mecca
The birthplace of Muhammad is a must-see during the month of Ramadan. During this time of fasting and joy, it is also appropriate to observe Hajj, the Muslim pilgrimage. You can witness the Qiamullail prayers, which take place before Suhur, the pre-dawn meal, while in Mecca. Mecca also has a number of Ramadan bazaars where you can socialize with your Muslim brothers and sisters.
2. United Arab Emirates, Dubai
Dubai is a fantastic place to visit at any time of year, but as a largely Muslim country, it is even more stunning during Ramadan. Enjoy Ramadan in style by visiting any of Dubai’s top tourist destinations. Keep an ear out for the sound of cannons; the breaking of fast is signaled throughout the country by the firing of cannons. Iftar is served within a specially designed Arabic tent known as a Ramadan Majlis.
3. Shiraz, Iran
Shiraz, Iran’s historic capital, is one of the most enthralling sites to visit during the holy month. This city houses the Muslim people’s ancient riches. The Pink Mosque, which is ornately ornamented with mosaic and befuddling architecture, and the Vakil Bazaar, where you can get all types of classic Peruvian items including souks, pillows, carpets, and scarves, are two of Shiraz’s most famous landmarks. The Vakil Bazaar is said to be more than 4000 years old.
4. Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei
If you’re seeking for a cool and lovely spot to spend Ramadan, go no further than Brunei. Spend the day admiring magnificent landscapes and canoeing through clear lakes. When it gets dark, the city comes alive with color and music as the inhabitants pray and eat Iftar.
