Katie Hopkins mocks Nigerian firefighters over Balogun fire

British Media Personality, Katie Hopkins has reacted to the fire incident which happened at Balogun market in Lagos Island.

The fire broke out at a section of the market, leaving the atmosphere in panic as goods got destroyed.

A video from the scene of the incident showed a firefighter battling with the fire by using a bucket to scoop water from a roof and pouring it on the fire which looked untrollable.

Reacting to video on Twitter, Katie Hopkins told her fellow Brits to be appreciative of their firefighters instead of mocking them.

She shared the video with the caption:

”Next time you want to criticise our fantastic British firefighters, be glad you aren’t Nigeria”.
