Ovation Magazine boss, Dele Momodu has revealed what late Chief MKO Abiola told him about poverty.
Dele Momodu who worked for MKO Abiola’s Concord Newspaper revealed that the late Philanthropist described poverty as a stubborn goat.
He also stated that poverty is glamorized by only those who have never experienced it before.
Dele Momodu hared: One of the first lessons I learnt from CHIEF MOSHOOD KASHIMAWO OLAWALE ABIOLA was: “It is only a man who has never seen poverty that will glamorize it because there is nothing to glamorize in it… Poverty is a stubborn goat, never throw away the stick you use in chasing it away; it will always try to come back…” Work hard!
