We reported here that Royal parents Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have announced the name of their newborn son to the world.
The 2-day-old baby’s name has been given as Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.
According to Wiki, Archie is the diminutive of the name Archibald, meaning “bold” or “brave”, while Harrison is a patronymic meaning “son of Harry” or “son of Henry.
Hence, his full name means “genuine, bold and brave son of Harry”. According to a report, Archie has become popularised recently in the UK according to the experts, who say the name is now in the top 20.
