First Lady of Nigeria, Aisha Buhari has reacted to the sex for grades documentary by BBC.
The documentary exposes a lecturer in the University of Lagos, Dr. Boniface Igbeneghu, who sexually harassed a female reporter posing as a student.
The documentary has drawn reactions from Nigerians from all walks of life who condemned the lecturer involved.
Reacting to the documentary, Aisha Buhari called for a stop to such act. She also warned against forcing victims to withdraw their allegations.
“This simply has to change. It is no longer enough to sweep allegations under the carpet or force victims to withdraw their allegations, victimize or stigmatize them,” she said.
