Prof. Itse Sagay, the chairman of the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption (PACAC), has told Nigerians to stop accusing President Muhammadu Buhari of disobeying court orders.
Addressing journalists after a discussion on a proposed bill on the Jury Service Act on Thursday November 21, Sagay stated that some judgements come from corrupt judges who decide based on the relationship they have with the person in a case.
Sagay also commented on the negative comments passed by some Nigerians whenever the court order for the accused to be released is not obeyed.
“In the case of Sowore, I think somebody should go and interview the DSS and find out why, instead of jumping to conclusions which are usually negative conclusions,” he said.
