Nigerians on social media have dug out the names of the 23 Nigerians currently about to be executed in Saudi Arabia.
They are being accused of flouting the Narcotic and Psychotropic Substances Control Law, issued under Royal Decree No. M/39 dated 8/7/1428AH.
According to the Saudi Government, the arrests were made at King Abdul-Aziz International Airport, Jeddah, and Prince Muhammad Bin Abdu-Aziz International Airport, Madinah, between 2016 and 2017 .

The list of the 23 Nigerians was made public following the execution of a widow, Kudirat Afolabi, who smuggled prohibited drug into the Kingdom.
The list was first published in April after the execution of Nigerian widow, Kudirat Afolabi, who had brought into Saudi Arabia, a prohibited drug.
The list was spread across social media to prove that crime cuts across all tribes in Nigeria, and not just among Igbos alone who were 98% of the names seen in a list of Nigerians arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, FBI.
