The suspect who was arrested during an attempt to him a Living Faith Church in Kaduna has insisted that his name is Nathaniel Samuel.
The suspect was arrested with IEDs inside the Church in Kaduna which he had planned to explode before he was apprehended.
However, shortly after his arrest was announced, controversy errupted after he was revealed as a Christian but the State Police Command.
This was, however, debunked by former minister of aviation Femi Fani-Kayode who stated that the man is a Hausa Fulani Muslim by the name Mohammed Nasiru Sani.
However, when paraded, the suspect insisted on the name Nathaniel Samuel.
“My name is Nathaniel Samuel. In fact I am supposed to be a pastor at the Living Faith Church because I did the Word of Faith Bible Institute.”
When asked if by chance his name is Mohammed, the suspect answered:
“There is no way by accident that my name is Mohammed. My name is Nathaniel”.
