There is no big trick in this preparation. The secret lies in a good bottle of beef marinade. Shikena!
No plenty something. Just grab ya cooking brush.
First of all, buy your beef in large chunks so that you can cut to 1 inch fillet.
Not too sure of the toughness of the meat, I tenderize it with a kitchen mallet. Man pikin no wan chop stone.
Choose a beef marinade of your choice from a super market, with a food
brush, apply it on both sides of the meat. Place in a container with a
lid and keep in the fridge for an hour or more. If you have a lot of
time, leave it in the fridge overnight.
