This is for those of you who want to eat beef in a different way , rather than the regular stewing and frying.
There is no big trick in this preparation. The secret lies in a good bottle of beef marinade. Shikena!

No plenty something. Just grab ya cooking brush.

First of all, buy your beef in large chunks so that you can cut to 1 inch fillet.

Not too sure of the toughness of the meat, I tenderize it with a kitchen mallet. Man pikin no wan chop stone.

Choose a beef marinade of your choice from a super market, with a food
brush, apply it on both sides of the meat. Place in a container with a
lid and keep in the fridge for an hour or more. If you have a lot of
time, leave it in the fridge overnight.

over flame or place it in an oven tray or wire rack and pop it into an
oven. Continue brushing the marinade over the meat from time to time
until it is cooked to your taste.
