Jamil Mabai of Cliqq TV has shared a report of the Commissioner for Education, Kastina state explaining how they have employed the help of local breed dogs to fight banditry in the state.
According to the commissioner, they deployed the dogs used by local hunters to boarding schools as a complement to the security agencies.
When asked if the dogs were properly trained for it, the commissioner revealed that the dogs were born with the features of smelling danger. He added that the dogs are not to fight the bandits but alert security agents whenever bandits are close.
This comes amidst multiple reports of kidnapping, killing across schools in the state and other parts of the country.
