On sunday, the 29th of September, your favorite Nollywood stars
graced the stage for the pilot of Kingsley Ogoro’s Nollywood Sings.
The
audience was pleasantly surprised by most of the hidden talent in
Nollywood.
The show kicked off with Sunny Nneji performing a beautiful love song called ‘the way you are’. Then the
contestants performances rolled in.
Jetta Amata wowed us with his
rendition of ‘Alice’, while the audience was still reeling from this
surprise, the beautiful Omoni Oboli stunned them with her performance of
Onyeka Onwenu’s ‘One love’.
Then the delectable Toyin Aimakhu brought
the house down and upped the ante when she sang Tiwa Savage’s ‘O ma ga”
Fred Amata brought along his comedic side when he did a mash up of
Bright Chimezie’s ‘Police’ and Davido’s ‘Skelewu’.

Joseph Benjamin had
the ladies screaming to revive him when he came on stage and crooned out
the Fugees’ version of ‘Killing me softly’.
Kate Henshaw gave a stellar
rendition of ‘Rise’ by Gabrielle and even got an offer for a record
deal.
Segun Arinze impressed us with his suave and charismatic
performance of Michael Buble’S ‘Home’… Executive Producer Charles Novia
gave an energetic and thrilling performance of Majek Fashek’s ‘Holy
Spirit’.
