President Muhammadu Buhari will not be addressing Nigerians in a nationwide broadcast today, the Presidency has revealed.
This is according to the Special Adviser to the President on New Media, Femi Adesina, who made it known via a tweet.
The briefing for today will now be done by Boss Mustapha, the chairman of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 and also the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.
“No presidential broadcast on COVID-19 updates today.
“None was planned. Rather, the Presidential Task Force will during its usual media briefings bring the nation up to speed on the next steps,” he tweeted.
