Popular Nigerian singer, Zlatan Ibile has publicly denied knowing Nigerian billionaire’s daughter, DJ Cuppy Otedola.
This comes a few weeks after Cuppy disclosed on Twitter that Zlatan blocked her on all social media platforms.
According to the 28-year-old disc jockey, she is human too and it hurts her each time she remembers that the singer blocked her for unknown reasons.
During a recent interview on The Switch show, Zlatan clarified the controversy once and for all by denying ever knowing DJ Cuppy.
When asked what transpired between him and the Dj, Zlatan interrupted by asking “is she an artist,” before finally stating that he does not know who that is.

Recall, on the 15th of August, 2019, DJ Cuppy released her single, “Gelato” that featured Zlatan Ibile. The song went on to be a hit song that was well received by Nigerians.
However, it seems things have gone south between the two artistes and Cuppy who might be shocked has taken it to Twitter asking why the blocking happened.
She stated that they were actually friends and the song they collaborated on were hit songs so why?
