Nollywood actor and failed presidential aspirant, Yul Edochie has shared a word of wisdom on how to deal with trolling on social media.
The actor, who has been mercilessly dragged on the internet following his marital scandal, stated that one should stop allowing people’s hate comments to get to them.
He noted how their comments don’t mean anything and how most of the trolls have problems they are yet to fix. He questioned how they could be bothered when a broke person calls them broke it when an ugly person calls them ugly.
He added that how can a person who has yet to fix his own problems be telling you how to fix yours and you will listen to them?
The actor ended his post by stating that they aren’t ready for life as he advised them to be real and focused.
“Stop allowing people’s hate comments about you on social media to get to you. Their comments don’t mean anything. Ugly people call you ugly & you’re bothered?
Broke people call you broke & you’re worried.
People who haven’t fixed their own problems are telling you how to fix yours & you’re listening to them?
You’re surely not ready for this life.
Do you. Focus”.
A few days back, Yul shared a message on the importance of blocking anyone, who affects one’s mental health.
The movie star admitted that blocking people is sweet, explaining that he can be friends with the people he blocked in real life, but it doesn’t mean they must be friends on social media.
Revealing why he blocks people, he further added that one of the sweetest parts about blocking people is that you don’t remember they exist anymore.
In another post, Edochie shared a message on the importance of love, as he urged everyone to spread love.
The controversial actor stated that every achievement is a borrowed time taunting his estranged wife about her recent achievements and that nothing belongs to anyone. He also admonished his followers to love God and their fellow humans.
