The new Asiwaju baby of Nigeria, Yul Edochie has finally revealed why he was in court at the Presidential election tribunal on Wednesday.
Kemi Filani reported that Yul Edochie provided some much-needed comic relief at the suspense-filled election tribunal.
The embattled movie star was one of the notable celebrity attendees of the election tribunal, where he wore traditional attire.
As the legal arguments and testimonies droned on, Yul Edochie was captured in a quick battle against sleep. However, he immediately got hold of himself and became alert once again.
Social media platforms needing a comedic breather were agog with memes and comments about Yul Edochie.
Now taking to his Instagram page, Yul Edochie stated that he was in court to show his full support and unwavering solidarity to his leader, President Tinubu.
Congratulating him on his victory, he wrote,
“Yesterday, I was in court to show my 100% support and unwavering solidarity to my leader, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu @officialasiwajubat GCFR.
Congratulations Mr. President. The Jagaban”.

It is no longer news that the movie producer has since switched sides from being a proud supporter of Labor Party presidential aspirant, Peter Obi to President Tinubu.
Yul Edochie declares support for President Tinubu amid hardship in Nigeria
Kemi Filani reported that Yul Edochie had surprised many when he declared his unwavering support for Tinubu amid the hardship in the country.
Taking to his Instagram page, Yul declared that Tinubu has his support as he believes he is a man of wisdom.
He noted how as a leader, Tinubu has access to certain information that the citizens don’t have, hence, why some of his decisions may not be fully understood by the people.
Praying for him, he wished him well as he ruled the country.

Just a few days back, the failed presidential aspirant had proven how much he loved President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The light-skinned movie star, took to his Instagram page to share a photo of him rocking a Tinubu-inspired outfit. The actor wore a native top, which had the face of the President on it.
Giving himself a new name, Yul called himself Asiwaju Baby as he unapologetically declared his undying love for him, while stating that he believes in him and is praying for him to succeed.
