Nigerians are in a joyful mood as Peter Gregory Obi fulfils his promise to Ms Gimba Sophia, the graduate he met who could not afford to buy an oven worth seventy-five thousand Naira.
Kemi Filani reported that Peter Obi had an international press conference where he addressed the results of the Presidential election held on 25th February in which the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared Bola Tinubu president-elect.
While he confirmed he will be taking legal action after losing the election, Peter Obi burst into tears as he recalled meeting a graduate by the name Ms Gimba Sophia who couldn’t afford an oven to start her baking and confectionery business.
While many are of the opinion that Peter Obi is very passionate about the country and its citizens, others slammed him and alleged that he is looking for sympathy.

In a new development, Pete Obi took to his Instagram page to reveal that he has fulfilled his promise to the graduate to help her acquire an oven to kick start her business.
Obi further revealed that Ms Gimba Sophia would purchase a Nigerian-made oven, an act that effects the process of production to consumption in a working economy.
Sharing pictures of the cheque presentation, He wrote: “Today, I fulfilled my pledge to assist Ms Gimba Sophia Emmanuel in her aspiration to acquire an oven and start her baking and confectionery business. Interestingly, she had indicated that she would procure a Nigerian made oven, thus enhancing the value chain and putting into effect the production to consumption mantra.”

Kemi Olunloyo mocks Peter Obi for crying on National TV
Kemi Filani reported hours ago that self-acclaimed journalist, Kemi Olulonyo took to her Instagram page to mock Peter Obi for crying on National TV
The controversial Olunloyo took to her Instagram page to share an edited picture of Peter Obi looking old and crying. On the picture, she wrote: ” INEC took my candy like a baby. Now I’m crying”. Her post comes days after Peter Obi cried on National TV during his press conference to address the 2023 general election.
The former Anambra State Governor confirmed he will be taking legal action after losing the 2023 presidential election, However, his actions got Netiznes emotional.
Sharing her opinion, Kemi Olunloyo advised the politician to start a Point of Sales business. She wrote: “I heard Peter Obi was crying on National TV. For what? Nigeria is nobody’s candy🍭🍬Start a POS business. Supreme Court has kuku released the old Naira.”
