Her fans via the comment section of her Instagram post hailed the actress for looking all young  and beautiful even at such age.

Recall that the role interpreter had recounted that she got married to her ex-husband the first day she set her eyes on him and attempted suicide during the union.

Padita Agu, whose first movie appearance was in Teco Benson’s ‘Formidable Force’, a few months ago took to her YouTube channel to share the story.

She said, “This guy and I had been talking on the phone and we got to the point of agreeing to be married. So he decided to sell me this wonderful idea that we should go for some adventure, get married the very first day we got to see because all the while we had been talking, I didn’t remember his face. I hadn’t seen him.

“He just saw me once when I went to my friend’s place to console her. He might have seen me in my movies, I don’t know. All I know is that at that point, we didn’t really know each other.

“So he said okay, how about we try some adventure? He suggested we arrange a marriage and we just saw ourselves right at the registry getting married. I was like ‘wow, that’s deep, that is serious’. I was like ‘what would my family say? What would I say to them?’ I was just scared but excited at the same time. So he said for my family, we don’t have to tell them about the secret marriage. So once we were done, we would go and meet them as though we were just dating and tell them we wanted to get married and then take it from there.

“So, I went to the registry because he was out of the country at the time. I went to the registry, got us registered. The day came, it was my birthday. He also chose my birthday to make it special. So I felt ‘wow, this is amazing’. That day I didn’t tell anyone. In-between, he told me not to tell anyone. That if I told people, nobody would encourage it for some negative reasons. Some might be jealous.

“On the wedding day, I took a cab to the registry. He arrived in a cab. The cab driver who brought me signed as my witness while the one who brought him signed as his witness. And we got wedded. From there, we went to see my family to tell them we were dating and wanted to get married.”
