Following the Temmie Ovwasa and YBNL saga, UK based rapper Sweetcorn, has expressed his thoughts on the ongoing messy drama.
Although the rapper’s tweets have been receiving a lot of backlash from Twitter audience.
Many disagreeing thoughts, however made Sweetcorn reinforce his stance and detail some of his points.
He made a video, posted via his Instagram and Twitter accounts to express his frustration on the bias of how women are treated in society.
Sweetcorn corroborated the same opinions as Olamide’s former signee, Temmie Ovwasa also called YBNL Princess.
He also touched on the singer’s claims of sexual harassment from people within the YBNL Label, condemning women’s marginalization and workplace assaults.
Temmie had summarily stated last week, that Olamide is a misogynist and demanded an apology for breaching an agreement between them.
The ‘secure the bag’ crooner who is a father of two children, expressed disappointment, according to him “how can you, see a beautiful woman when trying to recruit and decided you want to sleep with her?, If she doesn’t accept your advances, you fire her and if she does accept, you turn her into a sex slave.”
The rapper implored guilty Nigerians to do better, according to the rapper, we can’t demand to be treated fairly if we treat our women poorly. In the latter part of the video, he urged struggling youths to keep putting in efforts in whatever they do and believe they will succeed.
