Nollywood actress, Wumi Toriola has won the hearts of her fans as she reaches out to parents ahead of school resumption.
It’s a difficult time for many citizens in the country with the increase in fuel prices and daily increase in foodstuffs and transport fares.
Despite the hardship, many parents are still willing to send their kids to school and are already preparing them for resumption in September.
Noting this, Wumi Toriola has offered support to 10 of her fans who are parents, to help them with back-to-school expenses.
The Yoruba actress promised to give out 30k to 10 people.
“Sometimes last term, I did this huge away 50k each for 2 to 3 people and again I am doing 30k each for 10 people.
I know a lot of people, are in the fear of how to pay school fees. This may not pay your fees but this is a little support from me to you, Be sure you really need this as I will be picking randomly.

The actress’s sweet gesture isn’t surprising as she spent her birthday with the less privileged in July.

Sharing a video of her giving out food and drinks, Wumi stated that she celebrated her birthday with special people.

Just days back, Wumi Toriola had joined the number of celebrities lamenting over the hardship in Nigeria, especially with the hike in fuel.
Taking to her Instagram page, Wumi lamented over how she switches her thoughts about the country. One minute, she is an ambassador of the country, raising hopes in many and the next minute, she feels like relocating.
Wumi noted how the middle class has been scrapped as it’s either one is rich or poor.
