Nollywood actress Wumi Toriola has penned a powerful letter to young Nollywood producers, teaching them the importance of a good work ethic.
Wumi Toriola on Instagram admonished young producers to be mindful of their actions while giving out their services, respecting everyone in their duties.
She urged them to work professionally and play their part in the success of a production, not being arrogant or waiting to be worshipped by their colleagues.
Wummi Toriola made herself a reference, recalling when she worked as a slave to everyone because the success of the job was what mattered to her.
She wrote, “Letter to young producers,
Whoever told you, “just have your money “, and boom you have a successful production. That person lied to you, you need your morals more, even if it’s for the sake of your production, God now help u,you have a cast like me, omoh dey play,
When I am working, I am literarily a slave to everyone at that time because only the success of that job matters at that point …
Bring money and be rude just dey play”
Wumi Toriola cries out as she calls out producers for not giving her love roles
Recall that Wumi Toriola called out Nollywood producers over the kind of roles she had been acting in movies. While promoting one of her movies, the mother of one decried the rate of violent roles she had been given to act and how it may affect her search for love.
Although Wumi Toriola joked about the post, she spoke about the goodness and the other side of marriage that made it to be successful.
She wrote, “With all these roles,shey I go marry so. Producers wetin do love role, you nor dey do love feem again.
