Nigerian dance goddess Kafayat Shafau popularly known as Kaffy has revealed why Nigerians need to save their mental health.
Sharing a video online, she mentioned that peace of mind is the greatest asset a man should have and having big mansions and cars are all vanities.
According to her, pleasing people to look good, thereby losing their peace of mind in the process, is a shifted priority.
Kaffy said the mind and body are connected; if anything happens to the mind, it affects the body automatically.
She wrote:
PEACE OF MIND IS TRUE WEALTH
Don’t let people steal your peace and don’t give your peace to people to look good but not BE GOOD !
If your body vibrates against it DONT DO IT !!!!
