The Entertainment personality, Soso Soberekon has called out parents as he reveals why many men husbands lack home training.
Challenging parents to train their male children for marriage, Soso noted that many husbands in this current age lack home training all because priority wasn’t placed on training the male child for marriage but the female ones.
Soso thus urged parents to not only train their female ones for marriage but also prepare the male ones, because many husbands lack home training.
He wrote:
Parents must also prepare male children for marriage, not just the girls child, many husbands lacks home training.
KFN recalls that Soberekon earlier advised men to always take care of their wives in order to enjoy a graceful old age just like Olu Jacobs.
“Men, whatever you do, love and care for your wives. Side chics won’t be there at 75 and 80…A good wife is a blessing, especially at the odd hours of your life,” he captioned photos of the celebrity couple he shared.
Recall that the President of Nigeria, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), joined Nollywood and professional actors, who are in Nigeria and those abroad, to celebrate the stage and screen icon, Olu Jacobs, on his 80th birthday which was on Sunday, July 11, 2022.
The President’s birthday message was contained in an announcement signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, titled ‘President Buhari joins Nollywood in celebrating Olu Jacobs at 80.’
According to Adesina, “The President felicitates with the Jacobs’ family, including the wife, also a renowned thespian, Joke Silva, and their friends on the auspicious occasion, which calls for thanksgiving for God’s care, guidance and protection.
“President Buhari affirms the influence of the veteran actor on the film industry, setting a standard of professionalism that has attracted global recognition and awards, like the Lifetime Achievement Award conferred on him in 2016 by African Movie Academy Awards.”
Buhari also noted that Olu Jacob’s creative ability to interpret roles, simplify complex issues and bring messages to the understanding of both young and old, levelling cultural, ethnic and religious barriers to become a household name all over the country and beyond.
Largely stereotyped as a father and voice of wisdom in most movies, President Buhari believes Olu Jacobs’ natural tendency to counsel, inspire and instruct easily earned him the roles, while appreciating his foresight in winning many into the profession and guiding them to stardom.
The President, therefore, prayed that the Almighty God will grant him better health, longer life and steadfastness in service to the Arts, God, and humanity.
