Nollywood actress, Chigozie Stephanie Alichi, popularly Known as Chizzy Alichi has revealed that she stopped her father from working 10 years ago when she noticed that he had diabetes.
The movie star made this known while reacting to the video of a 77 year old commercial driver trending on social media.
In the video, the elderly man was asked the kind of car he wants in near future, he declined to name any car but said he rather wants and prays for the success of his children because he is already old and they are most important to him than a car.
In her reaction, Chizzy Alichi recalled how she had put her father to early retirement due to his health challenges.
She wrote: “I saw this video from @mufasatundeednut page, the old man’s statement touched my heart. Exactly what my father would say. I don’t joke with my parents, infact immediately my father became diabetic, I stopped him from working, he has been at home enjoying and getting all the medical help needed for close to 10years now. My mother still goes to her shop because according to her, she will be sick if she doesn’t stretch her body/get busy but they have almost every they need. I don’t joke with elderly people and children. Kemi Filani has earlier reported that Chizzy Alichi said she is ready to have her first child with her man, Chike Ugochukwu.
In a recent interview with KFN Chizzy Alichi revealed that she is a lover of kids and as a matter of fact, she and her hubby and ready to have children.
“I am a lover of kids. I want to have 5 children with my husband and they are coming soon by God’s grace. We are finally ready. I intentionally didn’t want to have kids immediately after marriage and the reason is personal,” she said.
