Behind the smiles, BBNaija reality star, Uriel Oputa is strongly to keep up with her mother’s failing health.
The chef has been combining her hectic career with taking care of her mother who suffers from dementia.
Taking to her Instagram story, Uriel Oputa vowed never to complain about how hard life is for her.
She recounted how the past few days have been crazy for her and her siblings.
Sharing a photo of her mother on what seemed like a hospital bed, she described her as “her definition of strength”.
Though the past few days have be hard on her, she believes that God is in control.
Uriel Oputa advised her fans and followers to always walk away from anybody causing them stress.

This isn’t the first time, the reality star has spoken on her mum’s failing health.
In December, Uriel Oputa voiced out how tedious it is to take care of her mother.
Taking to her stories, she lamented over how difficult it is to take care of her mum, who suffers from dementia (loss of memory), as her illness progresses.
She however stated that she needs to be positive.
Speaking further, she revealed that her favourite time with her mum is when she baths her.
She recounted how they always gist about her grandmother, who she describes as a no-nonsense caring woman.
She stated that her mother due to her illness, always believed that her mother was alive and everyone in the house plays along to avoid war.
She added that they once booked Uber to Imo state.
“Caring for my mum is getting harder as her illness progresses but in everything we need to be positive.
My favourite time is bath time! Oh, we Gist about her Grandmother who was quite a no-nonsense caring woman..Sounds like me she still believes her grandmother is alive and we all play along to avoid War we have even booked Uber to IMO state”.
In a follow-up post, she recounted how she grieved as she reminisce about her childhood times with her sweet mother.
According to her, she grieved about the woman she knew as a child and how she was embracing the beautiful woman who needs full attention.
She noted how amazing her brothers have been in taking care of their mum.
She affirmed that the coming year would be about creating memories even if their mother forgets it within the twinkle of an eye.
“A few days back I grieved the woman I knew as a child and welcomed their beautiful woman who need round clock care.My Brothers are Amazing and have done so well 2022 we will create amazing memories even if you forget 20 minutes later love you Mrs Oputa”.
