Nollywood actress and producer, Toyin Abraham Ajeyemi has been mercilessly dragged on Twitter over her support for incumbent governor of Lagos State, Sanwo-Olu.

Toyin, who is a proud supporter of APC, had declared her love for the governor who is running for a second term.

Taking to her Twitter page, Toyin Abraham had eulogised the governor in her dialect.

“Omo nla. Omoluabi eyan iyi. Eni afe, oloririre, gomina Eko”.

Irritated by her tweet, a tweep had blasted the actress using her past relationship.

The Twitter user stated that the actress’s support for Sanwo-Olu proofs to him that she has love for criminals.

He added that he now see reasons why Toyin dated Segun Egbegbe, who was arrested for phone theft.

“Now I see why you dated Segun Egbegbe. You have a thing for criminals”.

Seun Egbegbe regains freedom after 42 months in prison for phone theft

Recall that Kemi Filani reported in October, 2022 that Olajide Kareem, aka Seun Egbegbe, regained freedom after spending roughly three years and six months in prison.

Seun Egbegbe who is an ex lover of Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham was incarcerated on February 10, 2017, after obtaining money by false pretence from no fewer than 40 bureaus de change operators in different parts of Lagos from 2015 to 2017. Egbegbe, who was the boss of Ebony Production, allegedly swindled the BDC operators out of money by claiming that he had naira to change into foreign currencies and vice versa.

He had been arraigned by the police for a series of fraud involving N39,098,100, $90,000 and £12,550. Seun Egbegbe and one Oyekan Ayomide were first arraigned on February 10, 2017, before Justice Oluremi Oguntoyinbo, on 36 counts bordering on advance fee fraud.

However, the Federal High Court, Ikoyi after reviewing his case had found Seun Egbegbe; guilty of just one of the 44 Counts charges against him. Egbegbe was set free yesterday October 11, 2022.
