Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham has said a powerful prayer for singer, Davido and his wife, Chioma.
The couple are still grieving the loss of their 3-years-old son, Ifeanyi.
Taking to Instagram, Toyin shared a photo of her and Toyin from her movie set.
She prayed for the joy of the singer and his wife to be full.
Toyin affirmed that God is with them and that they would be happy.
“Omo Ola @davido. Your joy will be full, you will be happy. God is with you and Chioma. You are too much to spend, God will give you”.
Ay Makun prays for Davido and Chioma
As celebrities reacted to the death of Ifeanyi Adeleke, the son of Davido and Chioma, comedian, Ayo Makun better known as Ay Makun had offered a powerful prayer for the couple.
Ay, who had earlier mourned the passing of Ifeanyi Adeleke took to his Instagram page to pray to God to console his parents and grant them the fortitude to bear the fortitude.
Expressing his sadness to God, Ay noted that humans will never understand why he (God) would give us a blessing and allowed the devil to take it so quickly.
AY wrote:
“Dear Lord, we will never understand why you would give us a blessing and allowed the devil to take it so quickly.
“No parents wants to outlive their children, and it’s really not fair on the few good people who do a lot to help others keep their own children alive, by giving them hopes for a better tomorrow.
“This loss affects so many people. How do we even encourage them to move on? How can we ever trust caregivers with our children when we remember the painful circumstances surrounding that innocent child’s death? Read more here.
Dotun prays for Davido and Chioma
Nigerian on-air personality, Oladotun Ojuolape Kayode, better known as Do2dtun had offered up prayers for music star, Davido and his fiancée Chioma.
The father of two, took to his Twitter page to offer prayers to the celebrity couple, following the demise of their three-year-old son, Ifeanyi Adeleke.
He wrote: “David means “Beloved”, Chioma means “God is Good”. In your prayers; Pray for them to bear this and stick together no matter what. The Love they grow with each other will always be their saving grace.This is a story we will never forget when the goodness of God prevails”.
